Lag/rubber banding on Bedrock Realms

Hello.

I purchased a Bedrock Realm the other day, the one for myself +2 players. Ever since we started it, the two other players I play with have been experiencing rubber banding and lagging. One player on the Nintendo Switch couldn't see when another player was placing blocks, and falling in holes that "weren't there".

The other player on Windows 10 edition frequently has problems with breaking blocks, they'll break the blocks, but there will be no sound effects and no animations, the block will just disappear. If they log out, and back in, all the "mined" blocks will reappear.

Sometimes when I, the realm owner, eats food, it doesn't disappear right away and I will have to eat it several times for it to take effect.

As a paying customer I expect these realms to run smoothly for myself and my invited friends.
