My daughter can no longer play in realms. I spent an hour with Microsoft support for them to refer me to you.....

You can not play on realms because of your Microsoft Account set up.  This can be changed in your pricvacy & and online settings at aka.ms/accountsettings.  I spent over and hour with Microsoft help for them to tell me that everything on their end is how it should be and it is an issue with you guys.   My 11 year old is sobbing because she thinks she lost over 100+ hours of work.  HELP?!?!?!?
