Crafting Hoppers/Other items The items Do NOT craft and supplies disappear from Inventory!!!

Playing on realm. Started after 1.13 update. When attempting to craft hoppers, all iron ingots disappeared from inventory and no hoppers were made. Trying to craft iron blocks into ingots to try again and Iron Blocks reduce but no ingots are made.
