Disconnected due to world corruption

This has popped up today after hours of progress made yesterday after 4 of us were on my realm. 

 

It states "try reopening the world or restore it from a previous backup" ... 

I have gotten 1 backup working but like I've mentioned, loads of progress was lost! 

Please can somebody fix this...
