Realm not saving progress

My realm has encountered an issue where it isn't saving anything that has happened on the realm. We have encountered this problem both when I was playing on my xbox and when my friend tried to play on his iPhone XR, but not at the same time. When you load into the realm, everything works fine. There is no issue with lag or rendering or items disappearing or anything like that. However, the next time you log in it spawns you at the same place you were spawned the first time, with no progress saved; as if you never logged in originally. No changes in blocks or inventory from when you loaded it the first time. I have looked and not seen anyone else reporting on this issue so if it is specific to my realm, please let me know.
