Xbox Realm connection issues

My realm is unable to be connected to after i tried to load a prior back-up to the current version of the realm. We've been having issues for 3 hours now with it, unable to join.

I was able to completely reset it and log in to a wiped realm, but when i tried to import one of the older back-ups on that fresh realm, it tosses people into an infinite loading loop when trying to connect to the server.

I am able to load each of these back-ups by myself in single player just fine, but the issue seems to be persistent when trying to import them to the realm. 

Please help. I'd hate to see the progress my team has achieved this far be wiped to some overhead we're unable to see or understand with the servers.
