Block Breaking & Placing Lag

When breaking blocks with efficiency or haste the blocks often pop back into place.

Durability on tools remains down but the blocks have to be broken again, often several times.

 

Similarly when placing blocks, particularly concrete powder into water, the blocks often disappear again breaking your flow and requiring them to be re-placed.
