blocked user who is not on friends list is appearing as member of realm

A user named bencranston2003 is appearing as a member of the realm. This user is not on my friends list and is blocked on the xbox app. The user still has access to the ream and cannot be removed.

The realm is on EnderBoss001 account - the realm is called Big Citey!!!
