Hud, Mobs, Players, etc. go missing after logging in.

Hud, along with hand, mobs, players, etc go missing soon after logging into a game. All setting are default, hud on, hand showing, and more. After Uninstalling and clearing files, nothing works. Help. No texture packs are being used.
