Game consistently fails to load chunks when I enter the Nether, then return to overland

Do not see an option for xbox1, but not sure where you load realms from, thus I chose mcpe. The same chunks keep failing to load when returning overland from nether. It also "steals" villagers from iron farms when this happens: they simply are not there once you restart the console and relog in.
