Unable to connect to realms due to Microsoft account

Itis saying that I cannot play on realms because of how my Microsoft account is set up (on my Xbox) when my account is set up fine and I just got done playing on my pc on it. I also checked on my phone and it is working fine but I cannot get on it on my Xbox at all. I have checked all the settings and they are just fine. I have attached pictures of my laptop and what I see on my Xbox side by side. as well as what I see on my phone. You can see my realm in all of them. In the Xbox screen you can see the copies I have made
