Cannot see the profiles of members that play on my realm

I play on 1.12.1 and own a bedrock edition realm. I will often go on there and look at who's in my realm and who's not, but as of recently I can no longer see their profile pictures or their usernames. It's just blank for the usernames and the profile pictures are all the same thing.
