Realm isnt rendered properly and it has suffocated me in a wall twice.

Hi, I was in my realm, did some work, went into the Nether and all of sudden fell into a pit where their use to be a structure and it said I was suffocated in a wall.

Then I respawned back at my house, and and fell out of my house where there used to be a stairwell and it said I suffocated again.

 

Something isn't working. I logged in a third time and tried to go to realm and rendering is off.
