Unable to place blocks/items

There is and approximate 125 block area where I cannot place any blocks or items. My wife is also unable to place blocks. Issue is experienced on different mobile devices.    

The issue only occurs on realm. If I download a copy of the realm world and play it locally on my mobile device it is bug free.   I have tried downloading a copy of the realm world and re uploading it to the realm but this did not resolve the issue.  Your feedback is appreciated
