Unable to extend realms..AGAIN. Also unable to update my version.

I've just noticed i'm using version 1.12.1   I can't seem to update my minecraft and I've noticed others using version 1.14 and so on. More importantly I YET AGAIN(!!!)) am unable to extend my realms with less than a month to go before expiry. I can't buy minecoins, or packs from the marktplace, because either it's 'unavailable' or 'i need to test my connection'. Since there are a ton of other people all over the world having a problem, I'm going to hazard a guess its not my internet thats the problem. This has been going on for a couple weeks now and I'd like to know when this is going to be fixed, so please dont do your usual ignore the problem and it'll go away act.
