Looting & Fortune Enchants Not Working

For the past month I have noticed that the enchantment Looting III hasn't been working properly. Instead of getting the multiplier, I just get the normal mob drops. This has affected the gameplay heavily, and is a very big inconvenience for everyone on my realm, including myself. However that isn't the only issue, the enchantment Fortune III also isn't working properly. Though it hasn't been as long, only about a week ago before it started occuring, it has caused a great inconvenience. I would respectfully inquire that you look into the issue and fix it.
