Invalid session error Minecraft Realms

As soon as I click on the Minecraft Realms button, a screen appears that says "Invalid session, restart your game"

I've restarted my computer, logged out and logged back in, everything with no luck. I had the same issue yesterday, but it was fixed by logging out of the launcher and logging back in.
