Uploading any world to Realms gives me "Upload failed! (500)"

No matter how many times i try, with whatever worlds, small or big. I get error message 500 trying to upload one of my own worlds to realms.

Worlds with and without datapacks.

Worlds are loaded in the latest update 1.14.4, the version im attempting to load them in.

What a waste of money
