Unable to run downloaded Realm (version discrepancy)

**This issue was resolved once 1.13 rolled out**

 

My Windows 10 edition of Minecraft is 1.12.0. There are no available updates in the windows store. When I go to download my current realm it says that it is version 1.12.1. I am unable to run the downloaded world to make changes to the resource pack. is this because several of my players are playing on Xbox One?
