Error uploading world (500)

What happened was when I was on my realm I set the tick speed too high which mad it crash then I thought to make a backup of the world and just upload that but everytime I try to upload it, it fails and gives the error code (500) any fix for this I also went into the game files and turned the tick speed back down using NBTE
