Sticky piston glitches into various blocks and crashes game

Place a sticky piston down and a wood log in front on the piston, attached a lever and turn it on. The piston pushes thru the block, gets stuck inside and crashes your game. I’ve tested this 7 times with a few different blocks and they all result in a game crash.
