Player spawns in unloaded chunk and falls and dies to suffocation (Bedrock edition)

I spawned where I logged off last time I was playing, and I fell down 16 blocks. Then the chunk must have loaded in after I spawned, and the bubbles appeared. I started to take suffocation damage and in panic logged out, only to log back in again and find myself dead. The XP that I dropped on death came up to me and put me to Level 11 although I didn't see from which direction. In this i lost all my enchanted diamond tools, my enchanted diamond armour, my maxxed out fishing rod and bow, and a ton of other stuff I worked really hard to get. If possible please resolve this and give me back all the stuff I grinded so long for
