Armor Stands Glitched Armor

I am on xbox in a Realm.  My issus is no matter what color leather armor I use it shows up half cobblestone have leather.  Doesnt happen with others just leather armor

 

I am trying to make an enterance with different color armors but the all show up same weird looking hibrid.   Sorry no screen shots
