Fully activated conduit does not have full range in Realm.

On the realm that my friends have made and have been playing on recently, I have encountered a rather devastating issue. My fully activated conduit does not have a full range of 96 blocks despite the 42 block prismarine brick frame surrounding it. I have no idea what could be causing this. It appears that the range is roughly 70 blocks but when I built it earlier it was only 31. If needed I can send the realm's information. In my own worlds I have never once had this issue.

Quick edit, I forgot to mention that the screenshots look different because I tried rebuilding it with no success.
