Connection on realms is very unstable

Randomly when doing things the player will not be able to open chests or when destroying blocks the item will not drop items and the they will get kicked of the the error message "Internal Exception: Java.io.IOException: Operation timed out" or "Internal Exception: java:IOExeption: An existing connection was forced closed by the remote host". Entities also become invisible and the only way to fix it is logging out of the realm.
