Villagers not turning into librarians

Two bugs:

1.) Zombie villagers that are turned into villagers become clerics when at a lectern instead of librarians. The same thing happened with a blast furnace, they turned into a cleric instead

2.) Zombie villagers that are turned into villagers who claim a role will start with one trading experience so they cannot swap roles

 

Edit: After testing on the realm, a fletcher table makes a librarian, a blast furnace-lecturn-brewing stand make clerics.

Edit 2- it seems to be random depending on the work station, most stations will give you a random role, fletcher and a stone cutter both just made armorers
