Starting 26/07/2019, everyone who connects to my Minecraft Realm is experiencing lag. The lag/latency is about 5 seconds.

All players who join the server experience bad lag. Disconnecting and reconnecting has no affect. All players are connecting from different networks and ISP's. The players experience the delay regardless of where they are located within the server. The lag has come and gone occasionally ever since the server was re-opened within the past few weeks. However since yesterday 26/07/2019, it has been continuously lagging with a latency of about 5 seconds. All actions are delayed and it is incredibly frustrating.
