My iOS purchased worlds/realms are locked out and asking me to buy them again

I have searched and searched but there are no answers to this problem that shouldn't be occurring in the first place. I am six years old and my dad is having to help me and even he has no clue why this problem is occurring nor does searching for answers yield any. Ridiculous given how much money you make out of this game and yet it doesn't even work. Please help.
