Piston Dupe Bug

When a chest or any other thing that can contain items is pushed by a piston then if the player takes the item out while the chest is moving then the item will duplicate which is a big problem on my bedrock realm and I have also seen a lot of other realms have the same problem and I can see it hasn't been fixed for all of these years so I really hope you are gonna fix it soon because the only solution I have is to disable pistons on my realm.
