Major bugs in my realm need help

My realm is screwed up bad and I tired of waiting for Mojang to answer my email it's been over a week waiting for answers so now I am here trying to get some answers

1- I can't change players permission when I try it send them an invite to play with me and they stay in visitor permission , only way I can change players permission for my realm is to download the realm start it up on my Xbox get them to join the world change their permission there then reupload it back to realm , it irritating to have to stop all the players on the realm to just change someone permission

2 - other players in my realm has the right to change players permission they even put me the host in visitor permission where they shouldn't be allowed to do this at all

3- tried deleting the world and starting a fresh world still have the same issues with permission so it not my world

4- iron golems won't stop attack me or others

What I tried to do to stop them

1-traded over 1,000 times with villagers they still attack me

2- killed every golem with lava and destroyed every door in village stayed away over 500 blocks for an hour came back and they still attack me when they spawn in

3- tried making new golems to stop golems from spawning doesn't work town golem still spawn in and they still go after me

4- golems started attacking after the 1.12 update for the realm

 

I need major help from Mojang to look into these issue with my realm
