Activated Cheats not working

On my Minecraft Realms world, I have activated cheats so I can turn on “Show Coordinates” but the options that normally appear below “Activate Cheats” are not available. I have attached an example of a regular world with the activated cheats options and my realms world. This is rather frustrating being that I only want one simple thing and the Realms can’t seem to do it.
