I can't join or configure my realm

Recently, me and my friends decided to open a realm to together so that we could play multiplayer together privately. We are about 10 people on the realm and it has worked without any issues until now and it has gone about half a month since we first subscribed.

However, this week i was on a short vacation meaning have'nt been at my computer, and today when i got home and tried to join the realm i got the message "You are not whitelisted on this server". Weird i thought, since the only other ops on the server are two of my friends who rarely play the game. So then i tried to download a backup of the server to see if there were any visual proof that someone had been hacked. But when i went to download the latest backup, i could'nt. It was just stuck on the "Preparing to download backup" loading screen.

So i searched a bit on google and found someone else with the same problem with the solution to close the reealm and reopen. I tried this but i got the same issue here. I got stuck on the loading screen again, so then i thought maybe there was just something wrong with minecraft, but i tried configuring a different realm and it worked there, i didnt get stuck on the loading screen. So i dont really know what to do now. Please help.
