An area of lag which causes fps drops (to 0) when entered

We built a cave spider farm from a spawner in one of the mineshafts we found and recently (yesterday), there is this area where we get 0 fps when we went in. To be precise, we couldn't go further than x=143. That means no x=145 or 146 or so on. It's really annoying since some of our stuff and mines is inside the 'lag zone'. We are also very sure that it's the spider farm causing the issues. I've tried reinstalling minecraft (.minecraft file). It doesn't work. Tried out the same map in singleplayer and still have the same issue. Is there any solutions to this?
P.S. 0 fps (0 chunk updates) is what it says.
