Friend Cannot Join Realm, always Kicked after 10 second Joined the Game

Friend Cannot Join Realm, always Kicked after 10 second Joined the Game. Everytime He tried to join my realm, he was always kicked out after 10 seconds inside the game. He has turned off his Firewall and AntiVirus But Still Cannot Join my Realm.
