REALMS-1933

Unable to Download Realm -- Displays a "0.00 MB" downloaded screen

Download appears to work but then bar completes and only 0.00 MB are downloaded. The download screen does not close. This bug is also on both IOS devises running version 1.11.4 We own two realms and the bug affects both of them.
