Minecraft Realms Difficulty Not Changing

The difficulty won't change no matter how many times I log out and back in or even turn my laptop off and back on.  I used to be able to change it and it would change the instant I logged back into the realm (which was usually less than a minute later).  Now, more than 30 minutes later and it has still not changed.  This has been an ongoing issue for at least the past few days. Hopefully this issue gets resolved quickly.  I saw this was an issue before, so I assume it's the same bug as before.
