Placing an item on an item frame causes the whole Realms server to crash for a few minutes

When you place an item like a map or a block on an item frame when playing on the Realms server for Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.16.0, it causes the whole server to suddenly lag then crash for 1-2 minutes
