io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:

I was playing on my friends realms earlier with no problem, then got off then a little while later got back on and I got the error message: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:

I tried restarting my router and even making sure the firewall wasnt blocking it or anything like that and I'm still getting this message. Another time when I restart my computer and tried it again it wouldn't even let me get into the realms tab, it just showed "Error message 500" 

Ran out of ideas on what I should do to try to fix this, any help would be appreciated, thank you.

 

Note: I'm able to play multiplayer and open a LAN just fine if that helps at all!
