Behavior Packs on Realms

When you upload a world with a behavior pack it simply won't upload it to the realm. 
I have searched for this issue and I have seen that others are having the issue; however, the issue says "Resolved" and it is simply not resolved. It is still a bug and it is still occurring. I have had this bug for over a year now and it is not a all resolved and I don't believe it has really been looked at.
