Can't upload a map (Error : -1)

Whenever I try to upload my map it stops. The progress stops at near 30~40%.

When I've created another map and tried to upload it, it uploaded well.

I think it is a very similar problem with "REALMS-21"
(REALMS-21 is a resolved bug but I can not find how to solve.)

if you need another info plz let me know. by the way I don't know where I can get the required "log"
