Realms not allowing me to download either one of my worlds

I have 2 realms RaverX City and Planet X when i try and download the worlds on Xbox or my PC, note  it worked fine yesterday now just sits stuck on this screen (attached) doing nothing ...... nothing at my end has changed this is something with your system
