Realms repeatedly shutting down

Me and a few friends have an SMP on a realm and ever since we updated our world to 1.14, the realm has been very slow and shutting down a lot. When it shuts down it seems like its when one of us is flying around and loading many chunks and it either tells us "Timed out" or gives us an overflow error.
