Replace Realm Not Working

Windows 10 edition

 
im not sure what the issue is. But say i leave the realm in its current state and then try to replace the realm with a new world. it does exporting 0mb of 0mb. Then moves onto initializing upload (takes about 5 mins or so) then for a split second it says uploading 176mb of 176 mb (even though the world im uploading is 220mb)  Then says all done lets go.
so i click lets go and join the realm but its not the new world its the old realm world

 

This is extremely frustrating seeing as i've paid to have a realm open
