Invited Players cannot Log in

I'm the Host of a Realm and since the update of 1.14 in Minecraft MACOS PC, the invited players to the realm are unable to enter the realm and it often appears a sign to buy another realm, we have tried many things as re-invite the players, restart the host computer, minecraft and even changing worlds, if you could help us, please. Also

 

What is in the picture is what appears to the player after clicking the realm they were invited...
