Player feed temporarily disabled

The Realms "Player Activity" button is disabled and has been since before 1.13 came out. I found this bug here earlier and it says it was resolved months ago, but that is not the case for me. Under the button there is a text "Player feed temporarily disabled". I even have a new computer, the problem stays the same.
