Inventory Lag

I attempt to open an inventory screen with a crafting interface. This becomes troublesome when the entirety of the game freezes to 0 fps for around 7 seconds. I have tested, and the freeze only occurs when there is a crafting interface present. It's fine with chests, furnaces, etc. It's not very fun. It also only happens in realms.
