Tried replacing world on realm, it failed, now cant connect to the server, replace world, or restore backup

I tried replacing the world on my realm as we wanted to try experimental game play but I got an error message when i tried to re-upload. it also fails every time I try to replace it with the backup I made or restore one of the server backups. I can't get back on the realm now at all. I tried to reset the world too and even that fails.
