Realms claiming MCPE 0.15.9 is outdated client and will not connect.

Attempting to log into my realm with either my iPad or a Windows 10 computer, Realms returns the message that the client is out of date.
Both iPad and Windows 10 Laptop running 0.15.9 which is the latest available version.
