Unable to connect to real, error "You are already logged into the realm on another device"

I tried to log into my realm today on my iPad, was stuck in the loading screen so closed the app, came back and have now been stuck in the server permanently without being able to play. Each time I attempt to log in on any device I am knocked back with an error that states "You are already signed in on another device".

attempted solutions :

 

1.Closing minecraft on all devices

 

2.Having realm owner remove me from realm

 

3.Signing account out on iPad
