Realms not loading/Cannot replace world

My husband downloaded our realm yesterday evening after I had played during the day for a few hours, ever since we can’t access the realms, it just said Failed when trying to open it. We can’t re-upload our world to the realm either, the uploading process comes up but says 0.00mb of 0.00mb, then says failed to upload.
